Slice cheeses to customer'srequests using proper cheese shop equipment.
Prepare cheese shop items per customer requests using proper cheeseshop equipment.
Offer product samples tohelp customers discover new items or products for which theyinquire about.
Inform customers of cheeseshop specials.
Provide customers with freshproducts that they have ordered and the correct portion size (or asclose as possible to the amount ordered) to prevent shrink.
Recommend cheese shop items to customers toensure they get the products they want and need.
Use all equipment in cheese shop such as refrigerators,slicers, ovens, baler, u-boats, and compactor according to companyguidelines.
Prepare food to Companystandards.
Adequately prepare, package,label and inventory ingredients in merchandise.
Check product quality to ensure freshness. Review \"sellby\" dates and take appropriate action.
Properly use kitchen equipment, stove, computerized scale, fryer,steamer, robot coupe etc.
Order, label,stock and inventory department merchandise.
Report product ordering/shipping discrepancies to the departmentmanager.
Display a positive attitude.
Stay current with present, future, seasonaland special ads.
Adhere to all food safetyregulations and guidelines.
Ensure propertemperatures in cases and coolers are maintained and temperaturelogs are maintained.
Reinforce safetyprograms by complying with safety procedures and identify unsafeconditions and notify store management.
Practice preventive maintenance by properlyinspecting equipment and notify appropriate department or storemanager of any items in need of repair.
Notify management of customer or employee accidents.
Report all safety risk, or issues, and illegal activity,including: robbery, theft or fraud.
