Client Business/Relationship Management
Has experience with, and a passion for qualitative market research
Focuses on application of strategic business knowledge, qualitative methodology innovation and integration of Ipsos capabilities to improve services to client
Identifies and builds strong relationships with influencers/decision makers within client organization.
Partners with Ipsos qualitative and quantitative division managers to identify and develop new product capabilities to meet client objectives and needs.
Has strong Technology sector knowledge / client relationships across several consumer and B2B technology categories
Demonstrates strong understanding of products and a general understanding of other Ipsos products and offerings to partner with Ipsos sister divisions and leverage growth opportunities with new clients and within clients across all Ipsos' lines of business.
Strategically seeks out and closes new client relationships and opportunities by illustrating compelling differentiation vs. the competition.
Proven track record driving business growth
Internal Business Management
Develop annual business plan to produce aggressive growth year over year and management of profit/pricing expectations
Assess and proactively work with cross-functional leaders to address internal resourcing needs and capabilities to properly support growing business
Be an active participant on the divisional Senior Leadership Team by providing input into key decisions and leading organization-wide initiatives as required
Hire, manage and mentor staff to build cross-product knowledge, industry/marketing and unique client/industry knowledge to advance insights and innovative qualitative research capabilities
Help identify new moderator candidates and assist with their hiring / training according to Tech sector strategic priorities while building Technology sector-level knowledge across the research / operations functions
Fosters a positive work environment where staff are excited to be a part of their team and maximize their potential
Revenue and Profit Management
Contributes to and actively manages assigned team revenue and profit margin. Ensure monthly and annual financial targets are met
Responsible for setting pricing
Develops ongoing relationships with key clients creating year over year revenue streams via repeat business and preferred supplier relationships
Develop and Maintain strong partnerships with extended Ipsos Divisions to coordinate ongoing client management and respond to new business opportunities
