The Partner PRM Manager reports into the Director of WW Partner Productivity, Development and Experience. You are responsible for the development, execution and ongoing maintenance of the Partner Relationship Mgmt system (PRM). F5 wants to improve the global partner experience and a key part of this is in delivering a state of the art PRM system, a centralized tool where partners can get all their enablement, tools, deal registration, MDF and other partner content in a one-stop-shop type tool.

Primary Responsibilities

You will be the SME for all things partner portal and will be responsible for managing PRM strategy, training and upkeeping for the partner portal tool. You will work w/ cross functional teams to keep the enablement, product, marketing and sales content up to date and supporting partner access globally. Under the direction of the Director of Partner productivity, readiness and experience, you will work with cross functional teams (products, product marketing, enablement & channel marketing) to drive long term strategy with immediate and tactical execution to review, analyze and deliver on a successful PRM tool for PAMs and Partners globally.

  • Work with sales, PAMs, channel enablement, product marketing and 4 theaters to understand their unique needs, develop and execute best in class PRM system to support F5 partners globally.
  • Maintain all aspects of PRM system and work cross functionally with IT, SFDC and Sales operations to handle API integrations so it works cohesively across tools and programs.
  • Collaborate with the director of partner programs to support integration of Unity program requirements for partner reporting and metrics.
  • Collaborate and work closely with product and product marketing to support develop and fully execute PRM content management system to fully support partners.
  • Drive partner success by creating state of the art PRM tool that handles the needs of 5,000 + partners and sales team members.

  • Build and deliver best in class PRM tool and support for partners.
  • Develop platform for delivering all partner readiness tools, content and programmatic metrics.
  • Drive Partner loyalty, increased F5 value proposition and experience

  • Improve F5 ability to understand what partners need in terms of centralized PRM system and how it aligns w/ SFDC, MDF and other internal facing and external facing tools.
  • Build support process for delivering on 7x24 support for PRM portal.
  • Build scale and drive global efficiency through delivering on best in class readiness, tools and processes
  • Develop globally and leverage locally
  • Drive scale and efficiency for centralizing all partner tools, readiness and materials through PRM system.
  • Work w/ theaters to drive consistent skills and tools for PAMs and partners via Portal while allowing for regional differences.
  • Responsible for upholding F5s Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • You are highly self-motivated to act independently and successfully work cross functionally with sales leaders, product, marketing, channel and enablement teams. You are a great communicator, excellent process work flow, project management skills, and experience in developing and supporting PRM systems and have strong history of successfully executing. It is helpful to understand the sales processes, partner 2 tier model and work collaboratively with various roles globally, and a solid working knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce a plus), PRMs and Marketing Automation Systems (Pardot a plus).
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of direct work experience in a relevant environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in supporting and executing on new PRM systems and in working with SFDC preferably within a technology vendor organization (information security experience preferred, networking or storage highly desirable).
