Era Living is seekinga part-timeCommunity Relations Associate to become the newest member of our Community Relations team located in our Ida Culver House Ravenna Community, Seattle, WA. Primary Responsibilities:This role supports the Community Relations staff in answering phones, greeting visitors and acting as liaison between community members, employees, general public and administration. The Community Relations Associate also conducts tours, coordinates and hosts events, facilitates the move-in process for residents, and maintains accurate and current information in the lead tracking database. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
High school diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred. Minimum of 1 year office or sales/marketing experience. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Computer literacy in Windows, Microsoft Office, and lead tracking database. Well-developed communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to pass DSHS background check, required.
