The Centre delivers learning and development solutions that meet a broad range of needs and continuously drive excellence and engagement across the organization. We are currently seeking a Sr. Learning and Development Program Manager to strategize, plan, implement, and scale new and existing leadership development programs for employees at all levels. This role is critical to the successful development, launch, scaling, and maintenance of a world-class Centre of Leadership Excellence.
Develop and execute on strategy for large, complex learning and development programs, including project management.
Lead needs analysis activities to drive insights that ensure that the development experiences we create will best support our learners.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver learning and development projects, including the creation of new or modification of existing content.
Identify and track success metrics for learning solutions to improve performance and impact business outcomes.
Build strong working relationships across key stakeholder groups, such as HR, business leaders, as well as frontline employees and managers.
Support the development of team-wide standards for planning and executing on projects that involve the implementation of learning technologies.
Continuously improves team processes and routines.
Role may require occasional (less than 15%) international travel.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
5+ years' program/project management experience, ideally in a large, multicultural corporate environment.
Demonstrated experience measuring the impact of learning and development programs.
Proven ability to communicate effectively, including an ability to influence without authority.
Proven experience in all Microsoft Office applications, specifically MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Demonstrated fluency (full spoken, reading and written proficiency) in English.
BA/Masters Degree in relevant field (e.g., Organizational Development, Human Resource Development, Behavioral Sciences, or related field)
Experience with learner-centered, performance-based instructional theories, soft skill, behavioral, management and leadership development concepts and methodologies and as well as adult learning principles.
Experience in leadership and business needs consulting.
History of building strong collaborative relationships and influencing peers and stakeholders.
Able to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced work environment and manage time appropriately.
Familiarity with the Amazon brand and shopping experience.
