If you are exploring alternative nursing careers because you want a nursing job that allows you to earn some extra income while working around your current work, school, or homelife schedule, then we are looking for YOU!
A right now, we are looking for several PRN and On-Call nurses (RN's and LPN's) to help fill in for vacations, holidays, sick days and other call-outs.
We need Day Shifts (7am-7pm) and Night Shifts (7pm-7am), Monday through Sunday
Alliance Nursing operates 3 specialized private duty nursing adult family homes for people with medically-complex conditions. Our homes have a maximum of only (6) residents per home and are staffed by a team of nurses and nurse assistants. The homes are in Snohomish, Kirkland, and Kenmore.
PRN (As-Needed) Nurse: A Nurse who is hired to work on an intermittent or as-needed basis without a regular schedule and based on the employee's availability per month. These nurses are an invaluable way to cover shifts for vacations, doctor's appointments or other scheduled time off.
ON-CALL Nurse: An on-call nurse means being available to work if called in for a shift due to an emergency, illness or other unscheduled, last minute opening. The On-Call nurse is not required to remain on Alliance Nursing premises and may engage in his or her own activities during the on-call time. This is a great way to earn extra money whether you work the shift or not.
Both PRN & On-Call nurses must provide their schedules one month in advance to our Scheduler and commits to that schedule.
The low Patient-to-Staff Ratios & unique medical complexities make it a great experience for nursing students! So, if this sounds like something you'd be interested in, keep reading!
